I am writing to bring to your attention the excellent work that your day guard has been providing to the tenants at 25 Van Ness Avenue. He has gone out of his way on many occasions to assist both tenants and visitors at our building. One particular incident occurred when Mayor Willie Brown visited 25 Van Ness Avenue. Mayor Brown contacted him at his duty station, and requested a tour of the building. The day guard conducted the requested tour, and was both professional and courteous to our newly-elected Mayor throughout the tour of our building.

Your day guard is a credit both to 25 Van Ness Avenue and also a credit to your organization.
