Personnel Selection Process

We do not tolerate any abuse of drugs and/or alcohol among any of our staff.  All prospective employees must pass a background check which includes a letter of clearance.  All officers must meet strict pre-employment requirements.  These requirements are proof of valid driver’s license or CA Identification, proof of employment eligibility, proven written and verbal communication skills, and documentation of the highest level of education completed.

We address the specific needs of your organization by matching each assigned officer to your contractually stated goals and expectations.  We use a battery of tests to assess our officers’ cognitive abilities, personality traits, basic skills, behavioral characteristics and reliability to create a strong match between your organization’s security needs and our well-trained staff.

Community Involvement
By recruiting and training locally, we give back to our community and therefore contribute to its safety and security.

We maintain in constant contact with community realities relating to drug and alcohol trafficking, homelessness, and demographics.  This gives us an intimate knowledge of community realities.  This knowledge allows us to plan your security needs in accordance with the specific security risks that are probable in your community.

We are honored to accept the praise of neighbors and local businesses as a highly respected security company known for its ability to protect our clients' property from negative incidents due to our outstanding staffing skills and our earned respect in the security industry.
