MCCOY'S PATROL SERVICE provides security guard services in the following areas:

PATROLMEN

Our patrolmen have all completed the special officers training supervised by the San Francisco Police Department, for officers classified to job sites which require armed services. To satisfactorily complete this course, individuals must display an acceptable level of intellectual and physical proficiency in the following subjects:

* COMMUNITY AND HUMAN RELATIONS
* ETHICS
* ARREST, SEARCH AND SEIZURE I, II, III
* DISCRETIONARY DECISION MAKING
* LEGAL AND MORAL ASPECTS OF FIREARMS
* RANGE QUALIFICATION
* Periodically, these guards return to the academy for in-service, up-dated training.

GUARD

Our guards, in most instances, have received the same type and quality of special training as our patrolmen. These guards are most often assigned to provide services in confined areas, usually during the hours the company is open to the public.

WATCHMEN

Our watchmen, in some instances, have participated in similar special training, and have had additional training provided by our staff. Their services usually involve providing security during the hours the company is closed.
